Victor Beausoleil, Co-Director
Victor is a visionary dedicated to equity, human rights, and community transformation having spent two decades reshaping the social and economic landscape for marginalized communities across Canada and the Global South. Victor’s work throughout Africa reflects a deep commitment to human rights advocacy, social entrepreneurship, peacebuilding, and sustainable development, collaborating with networks and civil society leaders to advance liberation through innovation. Victor is the Executive Director and Founder of SETSI (social equality through social inclusion) and is a board member and provides advisory services for several social economy, advocacy, and non-profit organizations.


Sarah Morris Lang, Co-Director
Sarah is dedicated to advancing inclusive and sustainable economies. Over fifteen years’ experience in child welfare, refugee support, and First Nations advocacy in Northern Ontario, she developed a deep understanding of systemic barriers to wellness. This fuels her drive to advance uptake of proactive human rights due diligencein business and investing practice and the development of innovative and impactful partnerships that contribute to more equitable outcomes and resilient and prosperous economies. Her expertise in international business and human rights was honed developing and leading a program to manage inequality related impacts, risksand opportunities across investment holdings while at BMO Global Asset Management. Sarah holds master’s degrees in social work and business administration, and bachelor’s degrees in humanities and communications.
